In 2018, Spanish Quality Concrete completed the Site Concrete Work for the Route 638 (Atlee Road) Extension project.

Work included construction of a new bridge over the CSX rail line at Cool Spring Road along with building a new road to connect Atlee Road to Atlee Station Road with several related site work activities.
